Q: Do I have to request to make modifications to my home?
A: This depends on the type of modification. If you are swapping out a light fixture within your unit, the answer is typically no. However, if you are replacing your roof, the answer is typically yes because there are color and shingle specifications that you must adhere to. For specifics for your community, please log into your portal and check the library.
Q: Where do I mail my payments?
A: Please be sure to make out your check to your association. Include your address, community name and account number on your payments and mail your payments to the lockbox specified on the payment page of the portal.
Q: Who will complete my resale inspection?
A: Your onsite manager, portfolio manager or building engineer will complete your resale inspection. This inspection is walk through to ensure that there are no items out of compliance with the association like unauthorized modifications to the unit.
