    A: Emergency support is available after hours. We always have an on call manager available to assist with emergencies.
  • Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?

    A: Yes, you will have the option to receive a check or a deposit.
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    A: Yes, as part of our onboarding process, we create a lease that is tailored to your property. We provide a copy of the lease and you have an opportunity to make changes or approve it before implementation.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: Yes.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: We collect rent payments online and via lockbox.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: We give options to the landlord to decide on lease terms. Typically, lease terms are initially 3, 6, 9 and 12 months with the option of month to month renewals.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: This depends on the property and the credit of the prospective tenant.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: Today! We have a very quick onboard process and can have you setup the same day.
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?

    A: Single family homes, condos, townhouses, apartments, apartment buildings, commercial spaces, high rise and garden style.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: Security Deposits are held in an escrow account that we manage to ensure that the appropriate interest is being added to the account.
